No problem, I am less active in the ML than in the past. I hope my tone didn't sound aggressive, I was just curious. And even if I am using Lua for quite some time (back to 3.2, IIRC) and I did some useful things with it, I still don't see myself as an expert, hence my wondering.
Perhaps I can contribute some base level material... :-)

If this could reveal more French Lua users this would be interesting.
I always have in the corner of my brain the idea that there should be
a French Lua Users Group. I still own the luafr.org domain name...

Why not?
I suppose the book project is backed by some stats about the amount of potentially interested Lua users. At best, it will allow to increase this number! :-)
