Thank you for a contribution.
Unfortunately, I do not think that we can accept anything under the
LGPL license.
Current consensus is that the book text is under CC-BY 3.0 (still have
to fix the website), and the example code is under MIT.
I do not want to open another can of worms and allow different
licenses for the contributions, sorry.
