Personally, I want to keep all rights on my texts, but give permission
to use them for this specific purpose, namely the Lua Cookbook, in
electroniic or other forms.
Rationale behind this is that I want to be able to use _my_ texts for
other purposes as well, if I want to (e.g. on my blog, on my website,
maybe even as part of a real book).
