I don't know much about Lua's byte code, but I'd say it's possible to take a compiled Lua
script and "disassemble" it using mnemonics in place of byte code. I don't know why you'd
do that other than curiosity, I suppose.
The OP didn't mention bytecode, but disassembling "a exe file", hence my guessing it was
about Windows, because executables have usually a .exe extension, and thus are
traditionally called "exe"; but actually, it can be only a shortcut to mean "any
executable on any system", or something.
That's why there is no real answer, until the OP clarifies his request. (And even then...)
