Neither do I. I can't stand them, and my reasons are largely the same
as yours. I use MSVC for C# and XCode for Obj-C because I don't have a
whole lot of choice, but otherwise... gimme a command line.

I used Turbo Pascal 2 on CP/M, so I know what you're talking about. :P
