The first line at that site offers the following IQ test:

> Looking for the latest version? Download iup-3.3_Linux26g4_lib.tar.gz 

If you click that, you get 3.3.  I failed the IQ test, but my computer
told me I already have that file.  On the next attempt, I clicked
"Tools Executables" and ecco! there was the real latest version.
