What about feedback for the project? it is hosted in gitorious so you can start playing with it, reporting bugs and suggesting improvements (a plus). I love to review patches and merge requests :)

Indeed, I think there is no reason to change the name. I don't
pronounce it like 'awful' anyway, I pronounce it much closer to 'Opal'
with a 'ph' instead 'p'.
