Sorry, Ryan, got sidetracked.  Adding 'clib' would be consistent with
existing package.path where there is a 'lua' directory for pure Lua
libs.  It's more of an issue with Windows, as usual, but definitely
better than defaulting to having the dlls sitting with the exe.
