I think the problem goes deeper than that - this guy apparently has
"hide file extensions for known types" enabled in explorer, and
doesn't even know that there is a difference between a file named
"INSTALL" and a file named "install.exe" :-)
Ah, that would explain a lot of what I'm reading here... =)
