Where to get libcdlua51.so ???

Hi all,

I'm doing Steve Donovan's tutorial at http://www.tecgraf.puc-rio.br/iup/, and 
several of the exercises bomb with messages sort of like this:

'/usr/lib/lua/5.1/iupluacontrols.so':
        libcdlua51.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or

My /usr/lib/lua/5.1/iupluacontrols.so file is installed (by IUP), so I have to 
assume the problem is the fact that my system doesn't have libcdlua51.so, nor 
does it have libcdlua* nor cdlua*  any similar file in any directory, 
according to my locate command?
