Huh?  "git svn dcommit" will commit to SVN just fine.

Yeah, I am talking about the other way around. Make a git repository and allow svn clients to commit and such. Plus is there a free git hosting service that is robust and tested? Plus, git doesn't seem to natively (without MSys or cygwin) support Windows. Does it? Remember I am not an expert. I am trying to work with the tools we already have in place at my job, but I am willing to learn. :)
