One of the things I like about Lua and its people is this nice
old-fashioned concern with the size of delivered software, which you
don't really get elsewhere outside of the deep embedded world. It's
like when Ariane puts up a pair of five tonne telecommunications
satelines; a 10 kilo microsat goes for essentially free ;)
Which makes perfect sense for an alternative build system, the
overhead is minimal for large-ish projects.
