I was curious to look at this, but I get the following:

[U:\temp]svn cat svn://slugak.dyndns.org/public/lua-patches/intopt.patch
svn: Can't connect to host 'slugak.dyndns.org': No connection could be 
made because the target machine actively refused it.

This has been happening since yesterday.
