[ANN] Lua 5.0.1 for RedHat/Fedora RPMs updated: dynamic once more!

Thanks to recent traffic on this list pointing out that Lua can be built
dynamically on RedHat 9 and later if you'll only use the right compiler
flags, I've updated my RPMs. No source changes, just back to dynamically
linked bliss. I've also squashed a bug in the spec file that meant that
the per-platform RPM-supplied compiler flags weren't being used, so this
build should have slightly better performance than before.
