AWS offers free infrastructure credits for open source projects. See 
https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/opensource/aws-promotional-credits-open-source-projects/ on how to apply. Some notable projects programming languages leveraging this program for their infrastructure include Rust and Julia.

CloudFlare offers a similar program. See 
https://blog.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-new-oss-sponsorships-program/ on how to apply. Node.js, the Yarn package manager and React run on this program.

Microsoft Azure also offers credits. They host the Haskell programming language, FreeBSD and AlmaLinux (the spiritual sucessor to CentOS). See
