For skilled programmers, yes. For novice scripters, no. It's largely a
matter of unfamiliar vocabulary, the need for more examples, and links
to supplemental explanation, such as the various tutorial pages on the
wiki.

On the vocabulary issue, for several years, I operated a Drupal site
that used the following glossary module, which provided a very nice
