I did that, Wolfgang, and copying and pasting from the ePub version as
viewed by Calibre works reasonably well (some extra indentation,but
it's uniform). Thanks for the tip.

You mention complaining to Feistyduck. Any idea how to complain to such
an entity?

Regarding a different matter, I replied to the email address the account messages were sent from and Jelena Giric-Ristic replied from support@feistyduck.com there is also [1].

Note this was not about the same matter you are talking about.
