A good start is LuaDist's 'Lua batteries' zip:
https://github.com/LuaDist/Binaries/archive/LuaDist-batteries-0.9.8-Windows-x86.zip
Installed it today, side-by-side with an old Lua for Windows, and it
works fine. Has got IUP and wxLua, and packages ZeroBrane Studio as
its editor/debugger.
It's basically the new Lua for Windows; Ryan and I will add all the
docs and examples that he has so carefully collected.
