Hi, all,
Just checked and Lua 5.2 is finally available for Ubuntu 12.10 and
derivs in the Ubuntu repository, http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/
quantal/universe amd64 Packages (according to apt-cache). That's a
repo preconfigured in sources.list in a virgin Mint 14 AMD64 install.
Hopefully that will increase interest in 5.2, even if it's only from
the gotta-have-the-latest crowd. :-)
