I would offer Washington DC again, but I'm no longer at GWU and the
biggest room I have access to holds 8. Probably not big enough for a
conference :)
I am willing to help with the organizing if anybody up and down the
East Coast of the US has a viable site to offer.
OTOH I'm not 100% sure I can afford it, but having an excuse for a
trip to Toulouse would be fun...
