strptime bindings

Hi, list!

I'm deciding what to do with my unreleased lua-getdate module.

Options:

* Rename it to lua-strptime and release.
* Discard it in favor of something that already has strptime bindings.

So, the question is: are there any strptime bindings that are *not*
bundled into someone's swiss-knife library? (Maybe luaposix?)

All and any feedback welcome.
