So I noticed that loadfile has now extra arguments. Good.
Concerning "string.len", I suggest to mark it as deprecated, so that
it can be removed in 2020 (according to Axel timetable).
Most importantly, there is still no one.c/all.c (or whatever you name
it), to compile Lua as an amalgamation. It was supposed to be added at
the time of the release.
