Ok, then we go for two days as well. I'd say roughly like this:
wednesday afternoon/evening: people arrive, maybe a small warm-up
meeting somewhere
thursday: conference
thursday evening: wine tasting / "social event" (i.e. dinner after the
tasting)
friday: conference
friday evening: ad-hoc organized dinner style gathering
saturday morning: people leave (or go visit other parts of switzerland,
we can help you with travel ideas/plans/arrangements)
The day structure could roughly be:
9:00 morning session starts
10:30 coffe break
11:00 - 13:00 hard work
13:00 lunch
14:00 afternoon session starts
15:30 coffe break
16:00 - 17:30 another round of hard work
Fell free to suggest changes. I have not been to any of the previous
conferences, so I am suggesting this out of the blue...
Transfers from the FIBL to the village centre/train station will be
organized.
The FIBL hosts many international conferences, so they know the drill...
