fwiw, I am now checking with the venue and hotels about possible dates
etc.  I think I will have details sorted out in about one week.  Then
it's up to you guys for a go/no go decision.

If this is to happen in Switzerland, we need to reach consensus before
end of April (that is whether it happens in Switzerland, and when, and
how, etc.).  If that is too short, I suggest to hold the event in Santa
Barbara.
