Close; I'd call it "sour grapes" syndrome. If we don't have X (which in
this case is popularity), then we define X to not be important.
And while I wanted to write a follow-up to say that, of course,
popularity isn't that important, blah blah, I likely also suffer from
the same syndrome. :)
