I noticed the icon difference too. Does anyone know how to assign the XPM image to all .lua files in Linux?
In GNOME you can use the program "assogiate" (an editor for the GNOME file type database) to create a file type for all Lua scripts (e.g. files matching *.lua) and assign an icon to the file type.
