The GPL thing, yeah probably. Is that really that big of a deal? It doesn't dictate the licenses of projects that are listed on it.

As for the Bazaar bit, it's pretty much agreed upon that the next version of LuaForge won't provide code hosting at all, which neatly sidesteps that topic altogether.
