I don't know exactly, it's what come with Lua For Windows 5.1.4.23. The DLL does not have the version, but the doc is for  1.3b2.

What LuaCOM version are you using? Its best to use the latest one (1.4 or something).

IIRC, it had some issues with embedded nulls in the strings. Not directly related, but the string conversion code had to be reworked.
