The sort of people that looks for exploits in other platforms, i guess.
It's the equivalent of a network intrusion detection tool. Try to attack
a platform, find a hole, and then plug it. There are people really good
at that, and they're not the same writing the platform in the first
place (finding your own bugs and such).
