Res: LPEG - JIT

The plataform of the JIT Compiler for LPEG is x86.
I think it should not be difficult to adapt the JIT for another architecture,
the JIT is somewhat simple.

The JIT is a prototype mainly because it does not deal with captures yet,
it only does parsing, without semantic actions.

If somebody is interested, I can send the source code of the JIT and some
test files.
