In case this helps anyone... hacked together yesterday evening. Works
well enough for my MP3 collection; supports only ID3v2.3/4, NO special
flags and NO unicode and probably misses a few other things as well.
Code is not especially robust either;)
If someone finds obvious flaws or enhancements, please post them.
