I can't think of any desktop OSes/distributions where this is the case 
offhand, but I do have a few servers and special-purpose machines lying 
around with lua, but with no HTML viewing capability.
Yeah, it's not hard to # lin elinks or the like, or switch to another 
machine for documentation, but it's nice not to have to.
