Well... the value of the wiki is its content... not its  
implementation... lua-user sports a bit over 600 pages... those are  
rather straightforward to convert to anything else... wget ->  
html2text and you have the entire content in Sputnik or Nanoki :)

In any case, the current wiki is functional enough and just works.  
Using a Lua based implementation has more to do with marketing than  
technicalities...
