It's not dead and seems to have a better set of libraries

While I agree that this project could honour the lua project a little
better, by keeping/adding to the name,
It does seem to be nice, easy to install set of useful libraries that
would otherwise likely need to be compiled from source- something that
i find unnecessarily complicated on windows.
