You can see the packages I am using to do the lib, at the end of the page. They are:
 
 
lua-5.2.1
tolua++-1.0.92
runFltkToLua-1.0.0
 
they use autotools to install on mingw and linux. 
 
Virtual method?, the lib load with require at lua:
 
   >require "libFltkToLua"
   >dofile("step3.lua")
 
You can load static libFltkToLua with your apps or the dynamic form.
 
Sample Apps is runFltkToLua using this lib.
