thanks. Missed that file as I was just reading the
root documentation about install.
I have encountered another problem. Since the current
free VC++ is VC8 which use the new manifest feature, I
believe it would be better to change the build
script(both lua and luajit) to run the mt command
after linking to embedd the manifest into the EXE/DLL
as otherwise, it cannot be just copy and run.
