Sure. I saw <http://developer.popcap.com/> that their framework is open source, I don't know if their custom Lua is in there. I have yet to read all this.
Negative. I've just signed in and downloaded it. No signs of lua in popcapframework_1_3.zip.
May be they think that scripts are game resources and not code :)best regards
