As long as we're complaining! -- your messages don't have
line breaks in the middle of their paragraphs.  (I think you
told me once that this is because you compose mails right in
the mailer, which doesn't include a real editor.)  This
means that when I use Hotmail's web interface to read them,
I have to scroll sideways.  Hotmail should really fix this,
but I'm not holding my breath.

I solve the problem of mailers' built-in editors being toys
by doing all my editing in Vim, then pasting it into a
message.  This is admittedly a hassle.
