Lisp-style Macros (was Re: Constraints patch - help? [what about "native" multimethoddispatch?])

Cpp isn't even close to Lisp macros. I'm not sure Lisp-style macros worth 
adding to Lua (and it's difficult to think how they could be, given Lua's 
complex syntax relative to Lisp's), but they are nice...
