34 messages on this thread. I'm a lua user since version 4.01 but I cannot refrain from having a quick look into neko. Basically it has everything I need. Socket, SQLite and zlib libraries. It even had a mod_neko. mod_lua (apache2) is still something being conceived. It surely is less wealthy than lua which has bindings to SDL, openGL etc. and a good user community. But lua5 lost some of its simplicity on things like a stange limit on loadstring and the lost of _ALERT.
