I personally liked that it turned Lua into the sad face and Javascript
into the smiley face.  I thought it was some manner of poetic
subscript =)

In other words, I think the problem is :-(ua's not :-)avascript (i.e. both
syntax and semantics matter), not that :-(ua doesn't look like :-)avascript
(only syntax is the problem)?
