Where do I find the table of contents for the reference manual?

I wrote a Lua program parsing the Lua documentation (or any HTML file with similar structure) and outputting the table of content.
With added bonus, toward the existing ToC, of listing all functions.

Unfortunately, at the time of Lua 4.0, I had to slightly rewrite the original Lua doc. to improve consistency of headers, otherwise my program didn't worked properly.

I have not yet looked at Lua 5.1 doc., perhaps things were improved, or the behavior of the aforementioned program is totally broken...

The program is quite trivial, but I can make it available to anybody interested in hacking it.

... I just uploaded it and listed it in my Wiki page <http://lua-users.org/wiki/PhilippeLhoste> with some other utilities. Nothing revolutionary, some stuff may be useful to some newbies, or may be of general interest.
