HOWTO for building C extension modules available on the Wiki

Hi,

I've created a list of instructions for building C extension modules
on various OS/toolchain combinations on the Wiki:

Please feel free to correct or extend this list by editing this page.

I'm not sure where to link this page, though. I guess LuaDirectory,
TutorialDirectory and BuildingLua may be good places.
Feel free to add these links if you think it's appropriate.

Since CreatingBinaryExtensionModules, LuaBinaryModules and
BinaryModuleTutorial contain outdated info that does not apply to
the new module system, I'd rather not link it there.

A comprehensive tutorial for the new module system (Lua modules and
C modules) is much needed (sorry, I don't have the time to start one
right now).
