sajax Lua port

here is my SAJAX port, from PHP to Lua.  (CGILua, in fact)

the original is on http://www.modernmethod.com/sajax/

this is the kind of things that could be _far_ more efficient in Xavante, 
registering the exported functions directly in the URL path decoder.  I'll 
try that someday...
