And the playing area is a minimum of 135m and a maximum of 180m long (and
IIRC a mimimum of 110m wide), which is why you have 36 people on the field 
at once instead of basketball's...errrrr.....10?B

There are other differences (such as regulations on collaborative violence)
but I am not familiar with the details.
