Yes.  It has always mirrored the Lua license.  In the past couple of builds,
though, the license document has been left out (it wasn't checked into
Perforce, and I create the builds from a build tree).  That has now been
corrected.  The current LuaPlus is distributed under the MIT license, the
same as Lua 5.0.
