I did one a while back. The biggest problem I ran into is that paired-down version of the Windows
API Pocket PC supports is Unicode only. I tried (briefly) to make a Unicode version of Lua - and
eventually gave up and just converted all strings coming in/out of Lua to/from Unicode.
