A B.S. Computer Engineering/Master of Software Engineering student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I also teach several labs at that university.
My initial introduction into Lua was from World of Warcraft, and I have since delved into several complex projects and it is now by far my favorite scripting language. Some of my projects include:
- Several World of Warcraft Addons
- A configurable Subversion pre-commit hook for monitoring and blocking changes
- LuaSquared?: A fully-function Lua VM with libraries written in Lua (WIP)
- Shiibot: A spam detection bot for IRC that temporarily locks down channels (+rRf) in times of attack
