Exactly that for me. I degooglified my systems at the most possible 
level. I don't use google any longer except for those searches that 
duckduckgo can't handle. I watch youtube video through an invidious.io 
instance, etc. etc.

The company that said that being big doesn't mean being evil has turned 
to be one of the biggest snooper of all time. They track you everywhere, 
even without your consent.
