Hi,

I also can help with both the website and infrastructure setup, But I don't have any experience in mail servers, and from what I've heard over the years it is something quirky to get done right.
If we have no other choice other than Google Groups I can spend time learning its process and experimenting until we can get it right. Obviously, it would be much quicker if somebody else sets the mail server up and I just help with the web UI and/or other migration issues.
